But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, KINDNESS, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.

Galatians 5:22-23

What is kindness? What do we need to be kind? Does being kind include how we treat ourselves? Is the Golden Rule found in the Bible?

All of these important questions and more are addressed in this week’s episode.

Did you know the Golden Rule is actually in the Bible?

Just as you want others to do for you, do the same for them.

Luke 6:31

There are lots of things we want others to do for us, so why do we not always do the same for them?

Sometimes we forget we have to love ourselves in order to love others. It’s just as important to be kind to yourself as it is to be kind to others.

How can you be kind to yourself? We discussed this in previous episodes about Self Care and Self Worth.
